I had some free time this past Saturday night and decided to shoot the fireworks display that would be taking place after the NJ Jackals baseball game. The Jackals are a professional baseball team that competes in the the CanAm league. They play out of Yogi Berra Stadium, which is located in Litle Falls, NJ, on the campus of Montclair State University.
I always enjoy shooting fireworks because I find it fun to shoot, and fun to find out afterwards what kind of "light creation" the camera captured. I didn't have the opportunity to attend the actual game, so I positioned myself at a vantage point outside of the stadium near the time when the game would be ending. Below are some of my photos from that night. On my next attempt, I will try to scout out a different vantage point to photograph the fireworks.
